Subterranean termites are widely found, more commonly in sandy moist areas, but observed throughout the state. Worker termites are white and can be seen in the wood when feeding. During springtime, normally future termite kings and queens emerge as swarmers. They should not be confuse with swarming ants as termites can do a significant quantity of damage in comparison to ants. We quote every termite job individually. Infestation of carpenter ants prove to be very destructive to property throughout the state. Their size lies between quarter of an inch and approximately a half an inch. These ants usually reside in areas of infestation, the kitchen, moist, poorly vented areas, leaky roofs, pipes, or anywhere. Evidence of their infestation include foraging in or around the home. Carpenter bees normally construct a cellular nesting site to lay eggs by drilling into soffit areas, along roof lines, decks, porches or window sills. A perfect quarter inch hole with frass, sawdust and staining or a large bee hovering are the common evidences of infestation.
